We are delighted to announce the publication of a brand new Management Guide for our Members – Rebuilding Trust with our Customers and Colleagues.

To coincide with the Government’s announcement of hospitality businesses in England being able to open on 4 July and the Institute’s webinar on the subject, we have published a guide for our Members with help from IoH Member Sally Prescott, Director of Zest for Life.

The guide talks about the importance of regaining the trust of not only your customers but colleagues also. Considering mindfulness, safety, colleague and team satisfaction, and legislation.
