The Institute of Hospitality webinars are a series of informative and educational online presentations, designed to help you advance in your professional career and business.

They are a free benefit available to all our members including students and apprentices. Non-members can purchase tickets for £10. If you’ve missed a webinar, recordings can be viewed by members.

Industry professionals and business experts share their knowledge and know-how during live online sessions, that you can access on certain Tuesdays at 3pm, London, UK time (GMT), from the comfort of your home or office, and from any mobile device. During the Coronavirus pandemic we have increased our webinar offering, so keep an eye on the calendar or follow us on social media (@IoH_Online) to hear about the latest webinars as they’re announced.

Our webinars include Q&A sessions so you’ll have the chance to interact with the presenters. You will also receive a CPD certificate of attendance which you can keep as a record of your learning. Don’t forget that you can use our online CPD tool to keep all your learning and development records in one place.

If you book a webinar place and are subsequently unable to attend, you will be emailed a link within 24 hours to catch up on the recording.

Recordings of past webinars are available on our website for members to access at any time.

Our webinars have helped hundreds of hospitality professionals to improve their personal and professional skills, as well as their business knowledge.
