This awful pandemic is leaving a wave of concern for everyone; not sure where we can go, what we can and cannot do, without running the risk of catching this virus. This is having a hugely negative impact on our industry. It is more important now than ever, to rebuild trust with our clients, our team and the government, so our industry can strive to get back on its feet.
This session is to consider how we can behave whilst gaining the outcome we desire, that will help and support us, our team and customers to feel re-assured and confident. To ensure we consider our needs and the needs of individuals we connect with. To review how easily trust can be damaged and consider the impact this will have on our business and industry.
