The Broadsheet, which will be issued on the first Sunday of each month, will be a thought-leadership article written by one of the IoH’s esteemed Fellows.
The first to launch will be an article by Amazon best-selling author for her Star Quality Hospitality books and Fellow Monica Or FIH.
Covering Mental Health – Putting Your People First, an insightful article that looks at how to recognise the signs of mental health and how poor mental health costs UK employers up to £45 billion each year. With additional hard-hitting facts and insights and further reading references who those who want to delve deeper, it is anticipated it will be a well-received piece.
IoH CEO Robert Richardson FIH explains the thinking behind the new Broadsheet initiative: “We are delighted to start 2022 with a celebration of our Fellows. The new Broadsheet will be a platform for them to share their wealth of professionalism, knowledge and expertise with all our members.
“I am particularly delighted that Monica agreed to launch our IoH Fellows Broadsheet with such a relevant and timely article. With such a diverse, worldwide hospitality family, we would encourage all our Fellows around the world to get involved. I hope our members will enjoy reading Monica’s piece as much as I did. I am sure the new Broadsheet articles will add massive value to our library of knowledge-based resources and be a Sunday page-turner” he concluded.
