Frontline Focus | What’s a simple way to start improving our team culture?

Last month, as part of our 2026 Year of Excellence, we launched our new Frontline Focus initiative, asking the questions that matter most to people working on the front line of hospitality.

For February, we once again asked our members to take part in a short email survey and vote on the question they most wanted to be answered. The question with the most votes was then put to an industry expert.

For our February Frontline Focus, the most popular question was: What’s a simple way to start improving our team culture?
