As part of the launch, webinar recordings that were previously available exclusively to our members will now be published on the channel 12 months after their original broadcast. This creates an expanding on-demand resource of expert insights, industry discussions and practical learning, while ensuring members continue to receive exclusive access to webinar recordings during their first year through the Institute’s website.
Topics currently featured include leadership, mentoring, artificial intelligence, sustainability, wellbeing, career development and professional recognition, with new content being added throughout the year.
The Institute’s CEO, Robert Richardson FIH MI, said: “We know people want to learn in different ways and at times that suit them. While our members continue to enjoy exclusive access to webinar recordings during their first 12 months, we are delighted to make this valuable content available to the wider hospitality community through our YouTube channel, helping share knowledge and best practice across the profession.”
The launch follows the launch of our TikTok channel in February 2026 as part of a wider strategy to make IoH content more accessible across a range of digital platforms.
