A brand new White Paper has been published today. ‘Creating opportunities for those with disabilities‘ is the outcome of a round table discussion which took place at Passion4Hospitality, in London.

At the Institute, DEIB isn’t just a priority, it’s part of our DNA. As a professional body, we play a vital role in empowering our members and the wider industry to engage, evolve, and create a more inclusive future. We are committed to driving awareness and action, and are dedicated to breaking down barriers to entry in hospitality for people with disabilities.

To produce this white paper, we gathered industry experts who came together to share insights, ideas, and actionable next steps.

The Institute of Hospitality Round Tables are designed to bring Institute members and the wider hospitality community together to discuss regional challenges and produce a white paper on specific topics that present a problem, as well as provide possible solutions.

The IoH CPD Round Tables are held nationally across the UK and outside London, allowing IoH members to participate in critical discussions.
