A new CPD white paper, ‘Diversifying in the hospitality industry to meet rising costs sponsored by CHME and based on the round table discussion held at Harbour Hotel, Guildford, has been published today.

Chaired by Isabel Hargreaves MIH, Head of Membership & Commercial Sales, Louise Brown MIH, Commercial Executive, and Sidiqa Hazara AIH, Commercial Manager, the white paper gathers expert opinions as the group considers how hospitality businesses are diversifying in response to rising costs, and explores the strategies being used to build resilience, drive revenue, and adapt to ongoing financial pressures.
