The Institute is delighted to welcome UK sustainable commercial laundry provider Oxwash, as a new IoH Business Partner.
Supporting businesses across the nation with reliable, high-quality, and sustainable linen and garment care, from wet cleaning high-end fashion garments and uniforms to linen wash and rental, Oxwash was founded with the goal of proving that clothes and textiles can be washed with no net impact on our ecosystems and communities.
As IoH CEO Robert Richardson FIH MI commented: “We are not only delighted to have Oxwash working with us as Business Partners but totally applaud their philosophy of sustainable laundry. The hospitality industry has made strides over many years to start reducing its carbon footprint, particularly when it comes to laundry services. I hope that working with Oxwash will allow us to share and gain new insights into how we can continue to improve.”
Speaking about the new business partnership with the Institute, Dr Kyle Grant commented: “Embracing the power of sustainability, we are thrilled to join forces with the Institute of Hospitality and help pave the way for a brighter future in the hospitality industry. We’re not just washing linens; we’re washing away old paradigms.”
