The two specials, part of the IoH’s monthly ‘I’m In’ series of podcast, will be hosted by their usual podcast host, Phil Street FIH, and will feature IoH CEO Robert Richardson FIH MI.
Both recordings will be captured in front of a live audience on the keynote stage and will be released in early 2024.
Panellists on both days will discuss ‘How the technology trends of today will impact the Hospitality Industry of tomorrow’. Each group of panellists consists of hospitality professionals at different management levels and age groups.

Alongside the podcast activity, the Institute will also be exhibiting at the show on Stand N18.
