The Institute is delighted to announce its endorsement of 20 new programmes delivered by Flow Hospitality Training. Flow is an established e-learning provider delivering a range of online interactive modules covering the fundamental areas of service and legislative training for hospitality teams. Its clients include Harvey Nichols, The Restaurant Group, Firmdale Hotels, Drake & Morgan, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Sodexo, Claridge’s and many more.
The following 20 new programmes have received Institute of Hospitality endorsement:

The Institute’s professional review panel noted that that these new programmes make a useful and valuable addition to enhancing and developing professional skills within the workplace. The panel particularly noted the programmes on Modern Slavery and Acrylamide as important areas that would not always be covered in more skills based provision.
Since April 2017 Flow has translated many of its modules, making them available to clients and learners in France, Portugal, Germany, Spain, the USA and Arabic-speaking countries such as the United Arab Emirates.
Flow plans to continue to translate modules for people for whom English is not their first language. In 2018 Flow translated the Health and Safety Level 2, Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergens modules into Mandarin.
New modules due to be released later this year include Modern Slavery for Managers, Pre-Entry Training for Publicans, COSHH, GDPR Foundations, Legionnaires, Wellness and Wellbeing, and Workplace Sexual Harassment.
Programmes offered by Flow Hospitality Training have been endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality since July 2010.
