Programmes offered by The CRUMBS Project have been endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality since November 2019.
“Having the Institute of Hospitality endorse our training programme will give our trainees the much needed confidence to gain employment. The benefit of completing our training programme with certificates will show that they are competent and have the skills for working in catering and hospitality and add value to their hard work and achievements! Our training will have more meaning to our trainees who will feel motivated to work through each unit knowing they will be awarded at the end of it.”

“I have come so far and achieved so much. I enjoy my training at Crumbs and have completed seven units so far. I am looking forward to completing the full Crumbs Certificate in Food Production and Service so that I may gain paid employment within the hospitality sector.”
