As IoH EDI Lead Dorothea Jones MIH MA FIEDP explained: “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) are absolutely key to what we are aiming to achieve with the Council and felt the name DEIB Council reflected our aims and passion.”
Change is the only constant in our lives. In order to be part of the change we wanted to evolve our Future Forum and create a new DEIB Council to support our sector towards more sustainable and inclusive workplaces.”
