Leading Oxfordshire Chefs Share Stories to Inspire New Talent | Institute of HospitalityThe City of Oxford Guild of Chefs has launched a new campaign to tackle the chef shortage and encourage more people to consider careers in the kitchen.

The campaign features a five-part video series profiling local chefs including Theo Selby, Head Chef, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Aimee Collins, Exec Chef and Owner, Five Little Pigs, Wallingford and The Bear of North Moreton, Sean Ducie, Head Chef, The Queen’s College Oxford, Maria Gonzalez, Founder, Maria Bonita Bakery, Oxford and Ben Gibbons Head Chef, St Anne’s College and Master of the Guild.

Spearheaded by Ben Gibbons, the initiative highlights the creativity, opportunities and life skills that come with cheffing, aiming to inspire school leavers, career changers and anyone with a passion for food.
