The U Dine Awards 2023, supported by the IoH, has revealed this year’s shortlisted entries, recognising outstanding university hospitality within the UK.
A record number of entries were received this year as Paul Martin, Director of Inside Foodservice commented: “We had over 50 outstanding nominations, with the new categories we launched this year really capturing the imagination of the universities”.
David McKown MBE FIH, Director of University Hospitality Seminars confirmed: “With the endorsement from the Institute of Hospitality, these awards are now established as the pinnacle of recognition for university catering excellence across the sector.”
Commenting on the shortlist Robert Richardson FIH MI said: “We are delighted to be supporting these awards again this year and it’s wonderful to see so many universities from across the UK on the shortlist. Some of whom are also part of our IoH Educational Membership Scheme.”

The awards will take place on Tuesday 20 June 2023 and will be preceded by an afternoon seminar of insights, innovation and networking.
