As the largest student, graduate and apprentice careers exhibition and conference in the UK hospitality sector, the Institute’s event brings together future talent with educators, employers and industry leaders for an exciting and engaging day of activities, offering a full programme designed to inform, inspire and connect the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Following its successful relaunch in 2025, the conference welcomed more than 750 hospitality students, apprentices and graduates and welcomed senior figures including The Rt Hon the Baroness Morgan of Cotes and Sacha Lord FIH.
With continued funding support from The Savoy Educational Trust, Institute of Hospitality students, who are part of the Education Membership Scheme (EMS), graduates, and apprentice members can attend for free, making this a must-attend event for all aspiring hospitality leaders.
This year, the programme will include the popular careers exhibition, interactive workshops, a live conference programme, the HOTS business game, networking opportunities, and a live podcast recording. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day to support a full day of engagement.
