IoH to join forces with The Society of the Golden Keys Great Britain and the Commonwealth at this year’s London Concierge of the Year awards

The winner of London Concierge of the Year will be awarded a one-year membership of the Institute of Hospitality, providing them with access to a comprehensive array of educational resources, networking events, workshops, and industry insights.

The 16th annual Golden Keys Concierge Awards takes place at the The Kimpton Fitzroy London Hotel on Monday 16 October 2023.

The Tourism Media Group (TMG), publishers of WHERE Magazine and London & Partners’ official guide to London: London PLANNER, and The Society of the Golden Keys Great Britain and The Commonwealth (Les Clefs d’Or) will gather collectively to toast the finest achievements in the concierge sector of hospitality in Britain. The award winners will be chosen from among the Society’s 315-strong group of members.

Guests from London’s hospitality, retail and tourism industries, the hotel concierge community and hotel general managers will be present at this prestigious event.

The categories are as follows:

• London Concierge of the Year Award
• Regional Concierge of the Year Award
• Service Through Friendship Award
• Young Concierge of the Year Award
• Business Affiliate of the Year Award

And new for 2023

• Concierge Choice – Restaurant of the Year Award.
  This brand new award will be given to a restaurant that has provided exceptional support to Concierge when it comes to both finding tables and offering extra special attention to their hotel guests.
