Kate has been widely applauded for the way in which she has campaigned tirelessly both with Government and the public media to raise awareness of the impact of the pandemic. The stature of the industry has benefitted enormously and we are recognised more than ever for the size of our contribution to society, both in tax generation and employment, and also for the important role we play as a key element of the fabric of society – and that is too often overlooked.
