The Sutton Hotel Way, Service Culture Training programme is aimed at all team members within the hotels and is designed to address Sutton Hotel Collection’s vision of ‘Restore, Renew and Revive’. The programme ensures all staff are immersed in the service culture that Sutton Hotel Collection are committed to delivering for all its guests and helps them to understand the impact they have on the guest experience, and the contribution they make to the overall success of the hotel. Sessions are delivered using a range of traditional and innovative methods including painting, drawing, getting in a tangle, juggling, case studies, creating clips, team discussions, and one-to-one conversations.
