The Butler Role programme offered by Exceeding Expectations has been endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality since April 2014.
The Butler Role programme is an intensive course consisting of twelve parts, delivered over six to ten days. The course combines traditional service standards with modern practices and is suitable for a variety of settings offering Butler Service.
