The Catering Training Wing (CTW) of the Defence School of Logistics and Administration (DSLA) provides training and Continuing Professional Development for Soldiers (Army), Aviators (RAF), and Sailors (RN), including the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA), following food service careers within the Army, the Royal Air Force, or the Royal Navy.
Programmes offered by the Catering Services Training Wing have been endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality since February 2013.
