Navigating employment law can be challenging for hospitality businesses, particularly as new legislation continues to come into force. To help members stay informed and prepared, the Institute of Hospitality is delighted to offer a new free employment law helpline in partnership with hospitality sector specialists RWK Goodman.
IoH members can book a complimentary 30-minute strategic review with the RWK Goodman team via Microsoft Teams. The session provides an opportunity to discuss your current employment law position, identify potential areas of risk and understand where further support may be beneficial.
With the Employment Rights Act 2025 being introduced in stages through 2026 and 2027, the review can help hospitality employers understand some of the key changes affecting their businesses, from employment rights and tribunal claims to grievances, disciplinary matters, discrimination and harassment, TUPE and the process of parting company with employees.
The session is free and without obligation, and while the RWK Goodman team cannot provide specific legal advice during the review, they can help you understand your position and outline any further advice you may need.
IoH members will also receive a 10% discount on their first instruction for employment law advice with the RWK Goodman team.
