We celebrated excellence across the hospitality profession at our Annual Dinner & Awards 2026 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London last night (15 June), where we announced that membership has reached its highest level in more than 20 years.
More than 17,000 hospitality professionals are now part of the Institute’s global community, reflecting continued demand for professional recognition, CPD, networking events and learning and development opportunities.
The evening also saw the launch of the Institute’s new Management Standards, a practical framework designed to support leadership excellence, develop talent and help hospitality businesses benchmark performance and drive continuous improvement across hospitality. Developed over more than two years, the Management Standards are available free of charge to Institute members.
The event, which brought together hospitality leaders, educators, employers and professionals from across the UK and around the world, celebrated the achievements and professional excellence from right across the industry.
