A new CPD white paper, ‘Headwinds or Head start‘ sponsored by CHME and based on the round table discussion held at Leonardo Hotel, Liverpool, has been published today.
Chaired by our head of professional development, Aymen Fetouak MIH, the white paper gathers expert opinions from his guests as they consider how government funding and support for apprenticeships this year are impacting the sector, and explore whether these measures will enhance hospitality training and recruitment, or pose further challenges.
Aymen was joined by:
- John Hollywood MIH, head of learning and development, Iconic Luxury Hotels
- Rachel Burke CIPD MIH, cluster HR manager, Leonardo Hotels North West and Northern Ireland
- Ben Wilson, area manager, The Opportunity Provider (TOP Training)
The Institute of Hospitality CPD Round Tables are designed to bring Institute members and the wider hospitality community together to discuss regional challenges and produce a white paper on specific topics that present a problem, alongside possible solutions.
The IoH CPD Round Tables are held nationally across the UK and outside London, allowing IoH members to participate in critical discussions.
This White Paper is sponsored by CHME. Special thanks to our Company Sponsored Members, Leonardo Hotel UK & Ireland, for hosting our latest round table.
