Katariina joined The RAF Club last year as Front Office Manager and led the front office team from strength to strength, recently achieving Department of the Quarter for Q1, under her leadership.
She also achieved a prestigious ‘Acorn Award’ in 2023 recognising her as one of the top 30 hospitality professionals under the age of 30.

As IoH Youth Council Chair, her skills, passion, hard work and commitment have been apparent for many years. Katariina’s hospitality career has included working in the USA, Malaysia and in Birmingham with Leonardo Hotels.
