In October 2023 at the Hotel & resort Tech Expo at London’s Excel, The Institute played a central role in leading some key discussions within the world of hospitality Tech. So much so, we thought it would be great to conduct a live podcast on the subject of how today’s trends impact the industry of tomorrow.
