The second IoH CPD Round Table White Papers from across the UK has been published today. ‘Meeting Scotland’s Net Zero Aspirations‘ was the outcome of a round table discussion held in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Moderated by Robert Richardson FIH MI, CEO of the Institute of Hospitality, the panel discussed the obstacles and options to achieving net zero emissions for all greenhouses gasses by 2045.
Joining Robert were: Graham Box FIH, Barry Clark MIH, David Cochrane MBE FIH, Stuart Douglas MIH, Gavin Edwards MIH, Michael Jones MIH, Willie McCurrach OBE FIH, Lorraine McMillan, Lee Norris MIH, Paul Reynolds FIH, Katariina Reissaar MIH, Marco de Simone MIH, Peter Walker FIH MI and John Willis MIH.
The Institute of Hospitality Round Tables are designed to bring Institute members and the wider hospitality community together to discuss regional challenges and produce a white paper on specific topics that present a problem, as well as provide possible solutions.
The IoH CPD Round Tables are held nationally across the UK, and outside London, allowing IoH members to participate in critical discussions.
