“As a former Hotel General Manager, I am very much aware of the vital contribution our reception teams make to our businesses, day in and day out. They are our front line, the first, and last, people our guests see, and it is a pleasure that the Institute of Hospitality is able to celebrate the great work and dedication of our reception teams, by partnering with AICR UK with a commitment to confer every winner of the Receptionist Of The Year Awards IoH membership, with all the benefits that provides, not just in 2022, but across the next five years.”
Johanna Dlugosch, President of AICR and Front Office Manager at Claridge’s added:
“Myself and the entire AICR UK committee, would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Robert and the IoH family for their generous offer to award the next five years’ winners of the Receptionist of the Year competition with annual membership with IoH.
With our shared values, goals and passion for hospitality our two organisations are committed to encourage, develop, guide, and grow our young talents.
We are very much looking forward to work closely with IoH going forward and we can’t wait what the future will hold for our two organisations”
