The Power List is open to those who identify as female and recognises the trailblazers who challenge the norm and ensure that everyone they work with recognises the benefit of having a gender-balanced workplace.
Hearing the news, Robert Richardson FIH IoH CEO confirmed: “I am not surprised Kellie has made it onto this year’s PoWEr list. Kellie is an inspiration to so many across the industry and beyond. She is a powerhouse and we are exceptionally fortunate to have Kellie as our IoH Chair”.

Kellie, who was surprised by the announcement, said: “I am delighted to be a part of the PoWEr List 2022 for the NPW Awards and to be in such good company with my other fellow Northern Power Women. Gender balance and Diversity and Inclusion, are vital to creating successful cultures and businesses. Being part of any event that celebrates this and those who challenge the norm is what it’s all about.”
