A brand new White Paper has been published today. ‘How can Scottish hospitality attract a skilled and committed labour force?‘ was the outcome of a round table discussion in Edinburgh, Scotland.
The panel discussed the challenges, best practices and solutions to attracting a skilled and committed labour force.
Joining the Institute on the panel were Lyn Abernethy FIH, Ruth Clark MIH, David Cochrane MBE FIH, Andrew Doherty MIH, John Forrester MIH, Andrea Green, Claire Johnston MIH, Willie McCurrach OBE FIH, Paul Reynolds FIH, and John Willis MIH.
The Institute of Hospitality Round Tables are designed to bring Institute members and the wider hospitality community together to discuss regional challenges and produce a white paper on specific topics that present a problem, as well as provide possible solutions.
The IoH CPD Round Tables are held nationally across the UK and outside London, allowing IoH members to participate in critical discussions.
