Welcome to the Thames Valley Branch
The Institute of Hospitality Thames Valley Branch was set up with the main purpose of supporting our members from West London all the way to Gloucestershire. Our vision is built on 5 core values (our DNA) that aim to inspire the Hospitality Industry to have a sense of purpose in an engaged, exciting and social environment whilst staying true to our DNA.
Support the Local Community
By hosting a range of local initiatives throughout the year (Fundraising, Sustainability, etc) we aim to support our local communities as well as our members in our common goals.
Through a two way collaboration with the other Branches, we will create a platform for IoH members to gain from a wealth of varied experiences at both an international and local level.
We aspire to fund our Branch through Sponsorship and to re-invest any financial surplus into our needs in the professional development of our members.
Building our Brand
As well as continuous development, our branch will be known for it’s high quality, credibility and promotion of diversity and inclusion in all sectors. We want our members to feel proud to be part of the Thames Valley Branch and the wider IoH.
Engagement and Membership
We promise to engage with our current members as well as attract new members by demonstrating the professional development and networking opportunities that the IoH has to offer.
As an educational Charity, we will engage with Local Colleges and Universities to promote Hospitality as a career choice and to raise the profile of our Industry .
