We are unbelievably excited to share that episode 1 of I’m In, the official IoH podcast: Brave New World is available today for our members to listen to.
And here it is. The very first Institute of Hospitality Podcast hosted by Phil Street FIH. In this month’s episode we were delighted to have the three wonderful humans that are Jasmine Zaman AIH, Kelly-Marie Staunton MIH and Dave Magee FIH.
We wanted to talk about the “Brave New World” through that age old saying from Peter Drucker, culture eats strategy for breakfast as well as learning the reasons why our guests said #imin to the IoH.
It was interesting to learn what was important to each including things like work/life balance, sustainability, community outreach, respect, flagging bullying early, benefits, development opportunities, diversity & inclusivity and collaboration with education.
