We know what you’re thinking, why on earth would you want to talk about Redundancy? Having been through redundancy himself in the past, Phil Street FIH believed for a long time that it is something that should not be feared and therefore, let’s talk about it openly.

In November 2022, the Institute of Hospitality once again invited students from all over the globe to join our Passion4Hospitality event at the Novotel London West. And this year, we decided it would make an interesting listen to record a podcast in front of a live audience and discuss the ever fascinating subject of ‘Attitude’.
