The winner of the first ever Restaurant Manager of the Year, Peter joined the Institute in 2014 and has been incredibly active ever since… he can be found regularly speaking at events, playing the role of guide and mentor to the IoH Youth Council and sharing his experience in spotlight interviews and magazine articles for the Institute.
Peter told us “I am so happy and truly honoured to be appointed the vice Chairman of the IoH. This position will allow me to work more closely with our Chairman Kellie Rixon and CEO Robert Richardson and the wider team and supervisory board to keep moving the IoH forward and ensuring we are creating a robust and diverse continued professional career path for all colleagues in our great industry. This is truly such a proud moment for me.”
