Apprenticeships are often billed as the universal solution to skills gaps in an organisation. If they are, do we need to change our approach?
Apprenticeships have been reformed to cover levels 2 through to level 7. We now have flexi-job Apprenticeships, front-loaded Apprenticeships, accelerated Apprenticeships and inclusive Apprenticeships as well as traineeships, occupational traineeships and KickStart.

Sam Coulstock FIH, Head of Professional Development at the IoH joins the panel in the ‘Time for Change: The Skills Gap – Are Apprenticeships the Answer?’ webinar and helps explore the opportunities Apprenticeships present, the latest research from the sector and inside knowledge from employers who work with Apprenticeships to address skills gaps.
