Speaking about Campbell’s involvement, the Institute’s CEO Robert Richardson FIH MI, said: “I am delighted Natalie will be joining this year’s celebrations and will play such a pivotal role in the evening’s events.

Despite juggling her day job, and her recent campaign to become London Mayor, Campbell’s commitment to the Institute and its work across the industry with hospitality professionals is reflected in her decision to deliver this year’s keynote speech at the Awards Dinner.
Campbell confirmed: “I’m looking forward to joining this year’s annual dinner and awards. At Belu we are proud of our ambitious partnership with the Institute of Hospitality (IoH). About Natalie Campbell MBE
Natalie is co-CEO of Belu Water, an ethical drinks business that puts people and the environment first, directing 100% of its net profits to support the humanitarian efforts of WaterAid. Belu has given £5.8m to WaterAid since 2011, transforming 391,944 lives around the world.
Before joining Belu Water in 2020 she led on insight and innovation for The Royal Foundation and co-founded A Very Good Company (AVGC), a global social innovation agency that worked with brands – including Virgin Media, Marks & Spencer, W Hotels and Channel 4 – to embed purpose and sustainability practices. She also worked as a broadcaster on Talkradio, launching the weekend prime-time show ‘Badass Women’s Hour’.
She is a strategic advisor to several fast-growth businesses in finance, hospitality and consumer technology and holds several public appointments and non-executive positions related to leadership and inclusive economic growth, including Chancellor of the University of Westminster (November 2022), served on the London Economic Action Partnership (LEAP) from December 2016 to March 2021, to support economic growth and held public appointments as a Civil Service Commissioner (June 2017 to May 2022), Board member of the UK Big Lottery Fund (June 2015 till June 2020), and was the founding director for The Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge/Sussex Royal.
