Membership renewal packs were posted out on 21 November 2016. If you have not received a pack, please email or call +44 (0)20 8661 4900.

Please renew your membership by 31 December 2016.

Important note: The Institute will never call or email you to ask for your Institute password, credit card, or banking account number.

How to renew your membership:

Direct Debit (DD)
Available to all members with a UK bank account. Complete the direct debit mandate to set up this secure and easy way to pay for your membership in full or in quarterly instalments.

If you already pay by annual DD, your subscription will be taken on or around 12 December 2016. If paying quarterly, instalments will be collected on or around 12 December 2016, 12 March 2017, 12 June 2017 and 12 September 2017. Please email if your bank details have changed in the past year or you wish to cancel your direct debit. Please include your membership number as a reference.

Pay online
Log into the member’s area and click on My Subscription to pay securely by credit/debit card. A receipt can be downloaded too. Please note that we accept all major cards except AMEX (you will have to call us on +44 (0)20 8661 4915 to make the payment.

Pay over the phone
Call us on +44 (0)20 8661 4915 to pay by credit/debit card. All cards are accepted including Amex.

Pay by Bank Transfer
Use online banking to pay your subscription, quoting your membership number as the reference.

Pay by Cheque
Please make cheques payable to ‘Institute of Hospitality’ and post to Institute of Hospitality, Trinity Court, 34 West Street, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1SH, UK. Please write your name and membership number of the back of the cheque.

Request an Invoice
If your subscription is paid by your company and you need an invoice, email by 2 December 2016. Please include your membership number.

Receipts can be downloaded from the member’s area once you have made a payment.

Retired Membership
If you have recently retired, we offer a reduced annual membership fee of £50. Please call the membership team on +44 (0)20 8661 4900 for further details.

If you have renewed your membership but didn’t received the report, please log into the member’s area to check we have your correct email address and then email to ask for it to be sent to you. The report is available in digital format only and cannot be posted out.
