The event was attended by over 70 hospitality leaders and Scottish MSPs, including IoH Scotland chair Andrew Thomson FIH who organised the event and who commented: “I am delighted that so many have joined us to hear about the IoH work we do in Scotland and the challenges we face as an industry. Thank you to Emma for sponsoring this event, and to Robert for attending and speaking about the work we are doing to help meet the challenges faced by hospitality operators and educationalists across Scotland, alongside the rest of the UK.”
