The 2022 U Dine Awards, supported by the Institute of Hospitality, has announced its shortlist of entrants for this year’s competition.
Judging for all 6 categories will take place during May and IoH CEO Robert Richardson FIH has been confirmed as a judge for this year’s Sustainability Initiative Award – Sponsored by Adande Refrigeration.
He will work with fellow judges: Julie Barker FIH, CFSP, FCSI John Feeney, Culinary and Innovation Director for Europe at Griffith Foods to select one outstanding finalist from:
- The University of Sheffield
- University College London
- The University of York
- The University of Edinburgh
All the winners across all categories will be announced at an evening reception at the Edgbaston Park Hotel, Birmingham on 16 June 2022, with awards being presented by the inimitable Brian Turner CBE,
