The Institute’s CEO, Robert Richardson FIH MI will be going ‘Back to the Floor’ again this year to serve at Hospitality Action’s fundraising dinner at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London on 20 March 2026.Robert joins over 80 other senior hospitality figures who will be working at the special fundraising dinner, testing their silver service skills for 500 guests as they serve a three-course meal, wine, and champagne.
Based on previous years, it is expected the evening will be filled with comradery and high jinks as the UK’s top hoteliers do their best to impress guests with their service skills, while raising funds for Hospitality Action.
