Ian has been a member of the Institute of Hospitality (IoH) since 1999 and caught the travel bug early in his life, having spent his early childhood years in the Far and Middle East.
He has worked for The Savoy Group, was Professor, F&B and Service Operations Management at the world-renowned Ecole Hotelier de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland for over 14 years, and has extensive international experience within the hospitality and service industries.
