Hospitality Assured is the quality standard created by the Institute of Hospitality specifically for customer facing businesses.
The Hospitality Assured process encourages businesses to look at their own operation for the customer’s perspective and to see where improvements should be made to benefit the business. This is done by looking at how businesses score against the criteria in Hospitality Assured's nine step standard.

The Hospitality Assured Awards will once again be held at the Institute of Hospitality Annual Lunch and Awards, to be held on June 9th at The Royal Garden Hotel Kensington.
Nominations are now opening for the awards of
- Team of the Year 2013
- Champion of the year 2013
There is not a Hospitality Assured accredited business that doesn't have a good team and we're sure that you would like to see your teams efforts acknowledged as such. Well you can, simply by downloading these forms.
In fact if you are reading this then it may well be that you are our next Champion of the Year.
Don’t be over modest if you are the one motivating and encouraging your team. Tell us how it has worked for you and what you have contributed to the exercise. We're sure your team will be happy to support your nomination. You may also be reading this and recognise key members of your team who may also be similarly deserving.
