Business as unusual: expert panel share tips and answer your questions in future-focused webinar
Our friends at Planday are inviting our Members to join their webinar on 11 August at 3:00pm.
Ask the questions you want answered during the live Q+A so you can make better business decisions with these expert tips.
As hospitality businesses adapt to a summer like no other, a handpicked panel of experts will share practical tips to invest in your business’ best asset, diversify your channels and prepare for business as unusual, says Planday’s UK & Ireland Partner Manager Kevin Ryan.
“Around the UK and Ireland, hospitality businesses have started to re-open, shift-workers are starting to come back to more regular hours and consumers are out and about again,”.
“But as we start to plan the next few months with an unpredictable change in consumer behaviour, many of the businesses I speak to every day are looking for tips and insights into how to prepare for a new normal.
“That’s why we are bringing together a team of experts in a brand new, future-focused webinar to share their insights from the past couple of weeks and help restaurants, bars, cafes and hotels make better decisions for their businesses’ future.”
Kevin says the webinar will share the latest data from Christian Mouysset, CEO of restaurant analytics platform Tenzo, as well as tips from earnings-on-demand platform Hastee’s Sales Director Sharon Kirby on how to improve the engagement and financial wellbeing of your staff.
Food delivery channel manager Deliverect’s Partner Manager Claudio Colarossi will also share tips on going multichannel and scaling delivery safely, while Carl Weldon, Europe Manager at Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals, will dive into the details of what discerning customers expect from hotel stays and hospitality businesses.
“This webinar — which is the third in our hospitality series — will deliberately focus on going beyond the daily headlines and focus on the tangible tips businesses can use today to work smarter, not harder,” Kevin says.
“And we want to empower businesses to get their questions answered with a live Q+A where participants are in the driver’s seat. Every person who registers can submit their question in advance and we have a live feed of questions as they pop-up during the webinar using SLIDO.
“We’d love IoH members to register and join us for the expert tips no hospitality business can afford to miss.”
