Passion4Hospitality is the largest, FREE student and industry experts networking event created by the Institute of Hospitality. Students and graduates get the chance to participate in competitions and debates as well as network with top industry employers.

This year’s event is now fully booked. If you have already registered, we look forward to meeting you.

Passion4Hospitality | Student & Graduate Conference

The Passion4Hospitality Conference is open to all hospitality students and professionals. It’s not necessary to be a member of the Institute to participate, and it is FREE to attend. Attendees can learn about the wealth of hospitality careers and current opportunities available on offer.

Passion4Hospitality| Student & Graduate Careers Fair

An industry specialist careers fair will run alongside the conference. Take a look at the full list of employers who will be exhibiting.

The careers fair offers an excellent opportunity to meet the HR teams of top hospitality employers and learn about their student and graduate job vacancies. Remember to bring copies of your CV and dress to impress.

You need to register in advance to gain free entry to the careers fair. One registration will cover entry to both the conference and the careers fair. The events are all now fully booked.

Student Debating Competition

Teams of students will take part in a debating competition, discussing a hospitality topic and proving their knowledge and skill in hospitality management. This year’s debate is on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotics. Will AI and robots take away hospitality jobs or make life easier for both employees and customers?

Entry for the debating competition has now closed.

The HOTS Business Game Competition

Teams of hospitality students are set to take part in the HOTS (Hotel, Operations, Tactics and Strategy) Business Game Competition. Participants will compete against rival teams using the interactive hospitality simulation programme HOTS to manage a virtual hotel business. Entry for the HOTS competition has now closed. Thank you to all the teams who have entered and good luck on the day!

Exhibit at the Careers Fair

Hospitality businesses are invited to take a stand to showcase their graduate schemes, employment opportunities and management trainee programmes to hundreds of top students and graduates from leading hospitality schools like Glion, Edge Hotel School and University of Surrey. The valued support will help make the event possible and keep it free to attend for students and graduates.

Exhibitors will receive:

  • A table (with 2 chairs) and space for a display stand.
  • Branding/logo published in marketing collateral prior to and after the event.
  • Social media marketing prior to the event and on the day.
  • Buffet lunch for two delegates and refreshments throughout the day.
  • The opportunity to add branded merchandise to the goodie bag.
