Institute of Hospitality Annual General Meeting 2026

The 20th Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Hospitality will be held on Thursday 27 August 2026 as a virtual meeting commencing at 4.00 pm, to consider the following business:

1. To approve the minutes of the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Hospitality held on 28 August 2025.
2. To receive and consider the Trustees Annual Report and approve the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025.
3. Resolution to bring parity of Terms of Office between the Chair and the Supervisory Board Trustees.
4. To appoint the Auditors and to authorise the Supervisory Board to approve their remuneration.
5. To consider any other business advised in advance of the meeting.
