Episode 1 of I’m In, the official IoH podcast drops today!

30 September 2021

We are unbelievably excited to share that episode 1 of I’m In, the official IoH podcast: Brave New World is available today for our members to listen to.

Hosted by Phil Street MIH, this month’s episode features Jasmine Zaman AIH, Kelly-Marie Staunton MIH and Dave Magee FIH as guests.

We wanted to talk about the “Brave New World” through that age-old saying from Peter Drucker, culture eats strategy for breakfast as well as learning the reasons why our guests said #imin to the IoH.

It was interesting to learn what was important to each including things like work/life balance, sustainability, community outreach, respect, flagging bullying early, benefits, development opportunities, diversity & inclusivity and collaboration with education.

Robert Richardson FIH, CEO of the IoH said “We have been working on our podcast for many months now, and I am looking forward to our members – and wider hospitality family – getting the opportunity to hear from a diverse range of personalities about what matters to them as they progress their journeys within our wonderful industry. Our talented host Phil Street MIH and myself are looking forward to hearing your feedback as we say #imin!”

Members can listen a whole two weeks before each episode is available for non members via the usual podcast platforms such as Spotify, Castbox, Acast etc. by clicking the link below.

For any feedback on the show or to put yourself forward as a future guest, please contact Phil Street directly at phil.street@instituteofhospitality.org
