IoH Endorsement has been awarded for seven online training courses in Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety, Allergen Awareness, and the Responsibilities of Serving Alcohol.
Reelyze is a platform aimed at the hospitality, facilities management, and retail sectors which helps provide deskless workforces gain access to the information they need to do their job wherever they are, whenever they need it. It helps solve the challenges around giving these employees access to knowledge and training to be able to do their jobs effectively. Reelyze creates and distributes mobile learning courses in a ‘Conversational Learning’ format where learning is created in bite-size modules to improve engagement and retention and which are delivered by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) coach named ‘Eve’.
Reelyze has the ability to create a variety of learning pathways which can be tailored to the learner, based on the learner needs, so that individuals are not all following a ‘one size fits all’ learning package. This is addressed at the start of each course with the learner identifying their level of expertise, from new to expert. Depending on the reply, the course is then built in real time for the individual.
A feature of the courses is ‘Eve’, the learning coach, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot that provides an answer in a text format to a question that is typed in. In testing this, comprehensive and correct answers were provided to the questions asked. The panel noted that this is an excellent feature and distinguishes this learning platform from other online training providers.
The Institute’s Professional Review Panel commended the programmes as being very engaging and appealing to the learner, and, in particular commended:
