IoH confirms endorsement for Red Carnation Hotels

The Institute of Hospitality has confirmed endorsement for training courses delivered by Red Carnation Hotels.

Recognised as one of the world’s leading hotel brands, Red Carnation Hotels (RCH), has received the Institute’s endorsement for three training programmes offered to team members, supervisors and managers working within the Red Carnation Hotels Collection.

The Introduction to Specific Skills Training programme enables delegates to deliver on-the-job skills-based training to individuals and small groups to RCH standards, the Advanced Programme in Training Skills equips trainees with the necessary skills to conduct effective training to medium-sized groups to RCH standards, and the Ambassadors in Management 1 programme provides delegates with the required skills, mindset and experience to achieve success as a supervisor of people and a future leader.

The Professional Review Panel commended the programmes and, in particular:

• The design and content of the courses
• The pre-course work, the delivery and the post-course requirements
• The involvement and support of delegates by their line managers
• The production of an annual Learning and Development plan.
