Enlites provides training and development solutions to assist hotels, restaurants, and spas in the luxury market to achieve and maintain excellence. The courses are designed for hospitality professionals working in guest-facing roles across luxury hotel departments, including front office, concierge, dining, bar, housekeeping, reservations, spa, and guest services. Learners range from new hires seeking foundational skills to experienced staff aiming to refine service standards and elevate the guest experience.
