The Institute of Hospitality has confirmed endorsement for three workshops offered by Blue Pulse.

Blue Pulse provides professional training and consulting services in Cyprus and has successfully delivered programmes in the hospitality, health and safety, security, and leadership sectors.

The Creative Problem Solving to Optimise Guest Satisfaction workshop is designed to empower hospitality professionals with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to identify, analyse and effectively solve challenges unique to the industry. Through engaging activities, real-world case studies and hands-on experiences, participants will explore a range of creative problem-solving techniques tailored to hospitality management. This dynamic interactive workshop fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, enabling participants to enhance guest experiences, drive organisational success and confidently tackle complex issues in today’s complex hospitality landscape. Delivered over two days (14 hours) the programme is aimed at professionals working within the hospitality industry and in particular those involved in the guest experience. This includes hotel managers, restaurant supervisors, event planners, hospitality service providers and receptionists.

The Empowering Leadership: Driving Success in Modern Hotel Management workshop aims to provide a dynamic learning experience that equips hospitality leaders with essential skills to inspire, empower, and drive success within their teams. Participants will gain deep insights into their personal leadership styles, learning how to leverage their strengths to build trust, foster collaboration, and motivate staff towards shared goals. Through interactive exercises, real-world case studies, and practical tools, this workshop empowers leaders to delegate effectively, develop strategic visions, and cultivate a culture of empowerment that fuels innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement across all areas of hotel operations. Participants will leave with the confidence and strategies needed to make a lasting impact on guests, staff, and stakeholders in today’s competitive hospitality industry. Delivered over two days (14 hours) the programme is aimed at employees who have potential for growth. It is suitable for managers and those who supervise teams but demonstrate an ability for career development, may influence others towards the achievement of an organisational goal, express an interest in participating and find the material potentially useful for their professional advancement.

The Inclusive Hospitality Leadership: Recognising and Advancing Diverse Talent workshop aims to be a transformative learning experience designed to empower hospitality professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in the workplace. Through interactive sessions, real-world case studies, and practical tools, participants will explore how to recognise and challenge unconscious biases, develop inclusive communication, and lead with empathy and respect. This dynamic workshop cultivates inclusive leadership that prioritises trust and fosters a sense of belonging for all team members. Participants will leave equipped with actionable strategies and policies to drive DEIB initiatives and create a truly inclusive and high-performing hospitality environment. Delivered over two days (14 hours) the programme is aimed at professionals who are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. The programme is suitable for senior leaders, managers and supervisors who are responsible for setting the tone and culture of the organisation.
